Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Group Product Marketing leader to drive adoption and success of our Expert Services (AI + Human Intelligence) initiatives. This is a true player/coach role, requiring strength in strategic planning, delivering differentiated customer experiences, driving measurable business impact, and influencing cross-functional teams at all levels. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor—able to diagnose complex problems, apply quantitative insight, and shape trajectory-changing services and solutions.

This leader will partner closely with Analytics, Product Management, Service Delivery, and Finance, and will succeed through a combination of strategic vision, executive-level communication and influence, deep customer empathy, and a bias for speed. Experience leading go-to-market efforts in fast-moving, cross-functional environments is essential.

Responsibilities

Leverage advanced market and competitive intelligence and data to deeply understand customer behaviors and market needs to proactively define function-wide strategies to capitalize on AI+HI growth opportunities with strategic and executional excellence.

Develop a deep understanding of Expert Services / AI+HI offerings and value equations to influence product and service delivery roadmaps, pricing, and entitlements, to create compelling customer experiences that deliver distinct advantages in the market.

Translate segment and marketplace needs into strategic product marketing plans to drive both acquisition and retention of users.

Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences that deliver improved business outcomes.

Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.

Craft comprehensive and engaging narratives and messaging hierarchies that are customer and research-backed.

Lead with operational rigor through the development of principle-based prioritization across an array of AI+HI offerings and initiatives.

People Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of web marketers and operations team members; foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture rooted in experimentation and customer empathy.

Qualifications

10+ years professional experience in product marketing

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Deep knowledge or experience with AI and human intelligence / expert services is highly preferred.

Compelling Storyteller: Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and facilitation skills to drive speed, engagement, clarity, and action. Ability to make the complex simple and convince peers and executives to take action.

Intellectually Curious Risk-Taker: Understands the importance of trying and failing and encourages hypothesis-driven experimentation.

Collaborator and Influencer: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels in a peer-like way.

Self-Starter: Demonstrated track record of self-motivation and willingness to proactively and independently take on leadership roles in projects, prioritize what matters, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

  • Versatile Doer: Forward-thinking leader with the ability to problem solve with ambiguity, drive data-based decisions and own outcomes, and roll up their sleeves to execute.
  • People Leader: Proven people leader experience managing and developing a team of direct reports. Demonstrated success in recruiting, building and leading high-performing teams.
