Job Overview

In a world where AI is disrupting Fintech and our customers are increasingly coming from a generation that takes fast information for granted, QuickBooks is best positioned to provide critical insights and automate complex tasks for small and medium business owners by transforming into an AI-powered platform. Come join the QuickBooks Customer Success Digital team as a Principal Product Manager, responsible for building AI-powered, customer-facing conversational experiences like chat and voice assistants. At Intuit, one of our biggest priorities is helping customers get the best out of their Intuit products. Our digital Help channels anticipate where customers may face friction and deliver help at the right moment of need and in the best channel, helping customers start, run, and grow their businesses.

There is an untapped opportunity to re-imagine how we deliver omni-channel connected Help experiences at scale to millions of QuickBooks customers, by tapping into the massive volumes of data we have on small businesses and leveraging the power of AI. As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll drive the product strategy and execution - making your vision into a reality. We are seeking a high-energy, customer-obsessed, technical and collaborative self-starter who is fluent in strategically deploying AI to deliver magical customer experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiative to re-imagine the digital help experiences across multiple channels and products with Gen AI

  • Conduct customer and market research to understand the evolving AI landscape and identify opportunities to serve customers

  • Create a bold vision, strategy and prioritized roadmap clearly mapped to customer benefits and business goals

  • Evangelize the AI vision and strategy with senior leadership and engineering partners to inspire action

  • Drive execution by motivating and coordinating across a matrix organization of cross-functional partners - owning the "how".

  • Obsess over success metrics, customer behavior data, product usage funnel and performance of the products and features to uncover opportunities, pivoting and iterating fast based on results


Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience as a product manager

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

  • Fluent in leveraging data and voice of the customer to uncover big opportunities and make decisions

  • Demonstrated prior success in creating innovative products that delivered customer and business outcomes.

  • Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Experience working with AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver customer-facing experiences

  • Experience working with chat or voice assistants

  • Undergraduate degree required with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred or equivalent relevant experience

  • MBA preferred

  • People management experience preferred

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:236000 to $319,000.
