With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

At Intuit, our mission is to power prosperity around the world by helping customers and communities achieve financial confidence. The Intuit Customer Success (ICS) organization takes a platform approach to connect people with expertise—serving customers across Intuit’s ecosystem of products and services.

As part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization within ICS, the Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) plays a critical role in enabling financial rigor, operational alignment, and execution excellence across ICS Finance and Workforce Management (WFM).

In this role SFA will act as a single-threaded owner for driver-based financial modeling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The position partners closely with Finance, Workforce Management, Operations, and Service Delivery leaders to ensure financial outcomes are tightly linked to operational drivers and business decisions.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive financial and strategic initiatives that enable growth, efficiency, innovation and operational insight across ICS. Examples of projects and responsibilities include:

Strategic & Financial Planning

  • Partner with ICS Finance and Workforce Management teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, identifying opportunities for investment and growth.

  • Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI.

  • Translate workforce, volume, productivity, and capacity drivers into financial outcomes to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.

  • Support short- and long-term financial planning by evaluating scenarios, trade-offs, and investment implications tied to operational levers.

Reporting, Close & Financial Governance

  • Own driver-based reporting frameworks that enable:

    • Month-end close reconciliation

    • Full Year vs. Prior Year analysis

    • Lock-over-lock change tracking and variance explanations

  • Ensure strong linkage between operational drivers and financial results, with clear documentation of assumptions and changes.

  • Act as a finance point-of-contact for explaining results, trends, and variances to cross-functional stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Facilitate mid-month and month-end financial review forums across Finance, Workforce Management, Operations, and Service Delivery.

  • Drive alignment on forecasts, assumptions, risks, and mitigation actions, ensuring timely escalation where needed.

  • Leverage a continuous improvement mindset to enhance modeling accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process scalability.

Business Partnership & Insights

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility.

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.

  • Support leadership presentations and communication with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams.

Program Management & Execution

  • Own end-to-end timeline, dependency, and deliverable management across ICS Finance and Workforce Management.

  • Act as the coordination hub to ensure milestones, inputs, and outputs are clearly defined and delivered on time.

  • Identify execution risks early and proactively drive resolution through structured problem-solving and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Hyperion Essbase a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences.

  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and sense of humor.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  1. Exposure to Product Management or Program Management, particularly in cross-functional or matrixed organizations.

  2. Experience working with Workforce Management, Customer Success, or Service Delivery teams.

Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA.
