We are searching for a highly experienced executive Assistant Business Partner with strong business acumen to support our Senior Leaders and VP of APAC. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executive’s calendars and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Intuit is exercising a Hybrid approach to work, with expectations being working in our Sydney office 3x per week.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and detailed calendars

  • Travel coordination and arrangements

  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other EABPs and business partners

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s mission, financial objectives, and competitive landscape to prioritize the Executive’s time and resources effectively.

  • Customize global cultural initiatives for the local market to drive employee engagement and office identity.

  • Execute sophisticated events and logistics for the C-Suite and external stakeholders.

  • Own the LT meeting process: document outcomes, communicate priorities, and escalate overdue actions to ensure executive alignment.

  • Serve as a 'gatekeeper' with the business intelligence required to distinguish between urgent tasks and those that drive long-term strategic value.

  • Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment

  • Be trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity

  • Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders

  • Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists

  • Have a keen understanding of the organization - the vision, business direction, and mission

  • Monitor industry trends and internal business metrics to provide the Executive with relevant context ahead of key meetings and board presentation

  • Be approachable and eager to provide counsel and direction to team members/peers

  • Takes initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting C-Level senior staff members across multiple time zones

  • Experience in a start up or tech desirable

  • Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.

  • Proven leadership skills and teaming capability. Ability to coach and inspire others.

  • Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges

  • Anticipatory—must be able to plan ahead and identify unforeseen needs

  • Adaptability— Embrace change and pivot when changes arise

  • Perseverance—ability to see things through completion regardless of obstacles

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Cultural steward—Brings an element of fun and caring to the workplace

  • Strong familiarity with technology preferred
