Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to join the Intuit Academy team. In this role, you will design, validate, and scale high-impact learning experiences that build capability, confidence, and connection for our global customer-facing teams. You will leverage deep expertise in skills-based learning strategy, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled learning technologies to shape how Intuit accelerates workforce readiness and performance.
A central part of this role is bringing a holistic point of view into our entire learning ecosystem—continuously researching industry best practices, evaluating emerging learning technologies, designing experiments, and translating insights into actionable, measurable learning strategies. You will serve as a thought partner to senior leaders , helping the organization stay ahead of evolving skill needs through evidence-backed recommendations.

Advance Learning Methods through Experimentation
Develop experimentation frameworks to test new learning modalities, technologies, and experience designs—defining hypotheses, success criteria, and learning metrics.
Partner with Data Science to assess effectiveness of AI-powered simulation assessments, adaptive learning, micro-learning, and content personalization during data driven experiments.
Elevate Training Quality: Elevate E2E training quality from training requirement gathering, Content creation, testing, training assignment to deliver best in class learning content to 60K learners.
Position Intuit Academy as a Ed Tech/Learning Center of Excellence
Establish Intuit wide CoE showcasing the cutting edge work in Intuit Academy in content generation, content management, training delivery and learning experiences.
Provide a holistic best practices/ guiding principles on how E2E L&D life cycle needs to be from learning requirement gathering to content creation to training delivery to training effectiveness.
Standardize learning experience / content quality across all EN learning offerings including Intuit Academy External, Internal, Mailchimp Academy .
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to business leaders, connecting insights from research, experimentation, and learner data to organizational needs.
External Benchmarking
Lead ongoing market research on L&D best practices, learning science, and workforce capability trends to inform strategy and ensure Intuit remains an industry leader in skills-based development.
Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools to enhance content creation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Influence
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Talent Development and other cross-functional teams to integrate skills-first learning into the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting to onboarding to continuous development.
Influence stakeholders through clear, data-backed storytelling that guides decision-making across teams.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in Learning Technology, Customer Success, Enablement or related fields; experience in global customer-facing environments strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in learning research, experimentation, and synthesizing external best practices into actionable strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, measure program impact, and link learning outcomes (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to business results.
Experience working with or developing skills taxonomies, skills-based learning models, and data-informed capability frameworks.
Knowledge of learning technologies and LMS platforms.Familiarity with next-generation and AI-enabled learning experiences—including simulation-based assessments, gamification, adaptive learning, and micro-learning formats.
Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders and collaborate effectively across Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Talent Development, and other teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity, present insights clearly, and drive consensus.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Prior experience in Product, Learning and Development, Ed Tech.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $ 206,500- 279,500
Southern California $ 180,000- 243,500
