Job Overview

The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Digital Experience team is looking for a highly talented and detail-oriented Content Operations & Quality Specialist to join our team, contribute to our mission, and help us shape the future of self-help content experiences.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and velocity in our content management by streamlining the content lifecycle, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of content quality across all products in our QuickBooks ecosystem.

This position involves managing the content production pipeline, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. You’ll work and coordinate closely with various teams, from content designers, to PMs, CX, Analytics, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall success of our content strategy.

Please note that Intuit is following a hybrid work environment, requiring in-office on average 3+ days a week.


Responsibilities

  • Content Workflow Management:
    • Manage and optimize content production workflows from ideation to publication, ensuring velocity, timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
    • Utilize content management systems (CMS) and project management tools to understand the content set and status, track content progress and deliverables
    • Develop and maintain clear documentation for content processes, guidelines, best practices, quality standards, QA scorecards, etc.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal) to help coordinate content initiatives and ensure alignment.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within content operations.
  • Content Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures, including content audits, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and content standards
    • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all content, including but not limited to articles, videos, banners, recommendations, etc.
    • Ensure content adheres to Intuit guidelines, style guides, voice and tone, etc.
    • Provide constructive feedback to content designers to enhance content quality
  • Data & Insights:
    • Support implementation and maintenance of content quality metrics and reporting to track performance
    • Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports on content performance, workflow efficiency, and key quality metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunity areas and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, content operations, content design/management, content quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with content management systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of content creation workflows and project management principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for content quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization is a plus.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area $126,000-170,000
