Our TurboTax MarTech and Data Activation team is at the heart of our marketing efforts. We're responsible for enabling and managing tracking for in-market campaign activities, data onboarding and activation, audience segmentation, and implementing new marketing technologies. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Platform Migration Support: Play a key role in supporting platform migration, collaborating with key stakeholders across multiple craft skills.
Data Quality Assurance: Partner with business stakeholders to perform data assurance and data quality checks and help resolve issues if/when discrepancies arise.
Process development and evolution: work with stakeholders to help evolve existing processes to account for new technologies.
Collaborative Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
A keen interest in how data is used to develop targeting strategies and enhance marketing activities.
An interest in understanding the back end processes of technology and data
Foundational understanding of data segmentation and audience strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Any prior experience with data onboarding, data pipelines, data activation
Familiarity with JSON / SQL would be beneficial
Eligibility Requirements:
Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
Available for a 4 month co-op work term (May 2026 - August 2026)
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
