As Senior Finance Manager for Intuit Customer Success, you will serve as a strategic finance leader for TurboTax’s consumer business and the Intuit Expert Network, partnering closely with executive leaders across Expert operations, product management, and marketing. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of revenue growth, unit economics, customer outcomes, and operational scale.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders across Intuit Expert Network and Consumer Group
Lead financial strategy for AI enablement, unit economics, and revenue growth
Translate complex tradeoffs into clear, data-backed recommendations to drive leadership alignment
Planning, Forecasting & Investment Strategy
Own 1-year and 3-year strategic and financial plans in the Turbo Tax customer success and Expert Network area
Drive investment prioritization based on rigorous ROI framework
Align near-term execution with long-term strategic bets
Modeling & Insights
Supervise and build robust financial and operating models
Connect customer behaviors, expert productivity, and unit economics
Elevate executive financial storytelling
Operational Excellence & Scale
Establish clear KPIs and performance management mechanisms
Drive automation and scalable financial processes
Improve decision-making through data and clarity
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead and develop strong team of finance business partners
Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and strategic thinking
Set clear career goals and provide bespoke coaching to drive team engagement and growth
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields
3+ years leading high-performing finance teams
Executive-level influence and communication skills
Strong financial modeling expertise
Experience in tech, SaaS, or fintech preferred
BS/BA required; MBA preferred
