Responsibilities
Key duties involve handling daily operational tasks with exceptional attention to detail, quickly identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, and adopting a proactive, self-driven approach to challenges. The role requires using internal tools and industry-leading platforms to execute and optimize marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in an operational or data driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn or expand as the role requires.
- Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
- Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).
- General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus
- Experience working with teams spanning multiple time-zones and flexible working hours.
- Very detail and process oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
- A natural love for data, and a curiosity about digging in to find answers.
- Can articulate the complexities with consistency to different audiences which have different levels of program knowledge.
- Partner with teams to understand possible gap areas and suggest solutions or process improvements.
- Can undertake multiple responsibilities and prioritize time accordingly.
- Able to document issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for reference in future similar scenarios.
- Ability to work independently is a MUST. Equally important to be comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns.
- Strong oral, written skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
- Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Tableau is a preferred.
