Job Overview

This role on the Marketing Operations team supports marketing programs across global business units. The primary responsibilities include configuring, managing, and monitoring in-product messaging and communications within key product ecosystems, ensuring customers receive timely, relevant, and accurate experiences.Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with large cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, finance, and others) to deliver holistic solutions while minimizing impacts across the organization.Additional requirements include:
  • Comfort with complex marketing programs and a strong affinity for data analysis to derive insights and optimize future efforts.
  • Ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, establish efficient workflows, and create repeatable, documented processes.
  • Proactive mindset, including seeking clarification on ambiguities and pivoting strategies as needed.
  • Extreme ownership, accountability, and the drive to complete initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Key duties involve handling daily operational tasks with exceptional attention to detail, quickly identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, and adopting a proactive, self-driven approach to challenges. The role requires using internal tools and industry-leading platforms to execute and optimize marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

Required Skills

  1. 3+ years of experience in an operational or data driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn or expand as the role requires.
  2. Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
  3. Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).
  4. General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus
  5. Experience working with teams spanning multiple time-zones and flexible working hours.
  6. Very detail and process oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
  7. A natural love for data, and a curiosity about digging in to find answers.
  8. Can articulate the complexities with consistency to different audiences which have different levels of program knowledge.
  9. Partner with teams to understand possible gap areas and suggest solutions or process improvements.
  10. Can undertake multiple responsibilities and prioritize time accordingly.
  11. Able to document issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for reference in future similar scenarios.
  12. Ability to work independently is a MUST. Equally important to be comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns.
  13. Strong oral, written skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
  14. Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Tableau is a preferred.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Northern California: $126,000 - $170,000
