Your work ensures teams operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Execution Quality & Product Excellence

You’ll support execution maturity across teams by defining quality criteria, organizing review rhythms, and ensuring teams have the structure they need to deliver at a high standard. You’ll partner closely with TPMs to unblock teams, improve predictability, and ensure design work aligns with broader product and engineering plans.

Design Roadmaps, Portfolio Visibility & Planning

You’ll drive visibility into design initiatives, resourcing, and priorities- helping Design Leadership make informed decisions and ensuring teams stay aligned with company-level goals. You’ll support planning cycles, facilitate portfolio discussions, and maintain shared visibility across teams and partners.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Operating Rhythm

You’ll help connect design’s operating system with PM, Engineering, TPMs, and other partner rhythms. This includes coordinating planning cycles, aligning milestones, and ensuring design teams are plugged into the right cross-functional forums. Your work strengthens alignment, communication, and clarity across the product development ecosystem.

Qualifications
