Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

The Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is responsible for generating over half of Intuit’s global revenue. Flagship brands include QuickBooks and Mailchimp, and our vision is to be the connected E2E platform that small and medium-sized businesses rely on every day to run and grow their businesses — doubling their revenue and profitability. GBSG is uniquely positioned to be the source of truth and engagement by addressing fundamental customer needs of finding customers, getting paid, getting access to capital, accessing expert advice, remaining compliant and organized, and getting their work done.

Historically, GBSG’s sweet spot has been businesses with 1-10 employees but we have extended up market to serve businesses with 10-100 employees - what we define as “mid-market.” GBSG has developed its product offering to include multichannel commerce, money management (>$250bn in payments volumes, >2tn in invoices), getting access to capital, workforce management (payroll, time tracking), and access to expert advice (virtual bookkeeping).

The company is seeking a dynamic Global Product Manager, International based out of Mountain View, United States, who will report to the Global Director, AI Platform & Ecosystem, International, to play a critical role in transforming the unit economics of internationalization by defining and executing a rigorous Platform First strategy and leveraging AI (specifically LLMs and Agentic AI) to leapfrog our international expansion ambitions and accelerate our innovation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

This Global Product Manager will work closely with the GBSG leadership team, and regional product leaders to define, build, and scale the core AI-driven platform and All-in-One ecosystem necessary to secure a durable competitive advantage and accelerate the GBSG's global growth strategy, driving the End-to-End International Platform Roadmap and driving the adoption of platform functionality across all international markets.

Core Role Accountabilities:

  • Platform Strategy and Execution: Define and deliver the Global-by-Design platform strategy that enables the AI-driven ecosystem, ensuring components accelerate revenue and profitability, and deliver daily value for international customers.

  • Cross-Functional partnership: Drive the End-to-End International Platform Roadmap, securing alignment and resource commitments across the International Product Organization, Regional Leadership, and cross-functional product partnerships.

Qualifications

Domain

  • The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant product and or product strategy experience.

  • Prior experience leading global/international platform expansion strategy, focused on building core services and infrastructure for multiple non-native markets.

  • Experience building for SMB and mid-market customers at a company with an ecosystem of products and services.

  • Proven experience in harmonizing product strategies across diverse offerings (e.g., finance, marketing, payments) to build a unified customer ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling AI/ML-driven platform products (e.g., recommendation engines, LLM-based agents, predictive compliance models) in a multi-region environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully championing trajectory-changing business shifts for organizations, including commercial and product innovation that translates to revenue and customer growth.

  • Known for driving durable revenue growth that balances short and long-term investments.

Functional

  • Exceptional at prioritization and decision-making -- narrowing to the critical few.

  • Experience managing a complex portfolio of platform components and 0-1 product offerings designed for international scale.

  • Effective at working cross-functionally in a large matrix-style organization to ensure teams can move with speed and maximum impact.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Expertise in designing global platform architecture that abstracts complex regional regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., VAT, payroll, GDPR) into scalable, reusable components.
