Field & Event Activation Manager, Mid-Market (IES)
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven marketer to turn in-market experiences into measurable growth. As the Field & Event Activation Manager, you’ll connect our go-to-market strategy with the field—using events, regional programs, and customer moments as levers to create and accelerate pipeline.
This role partners directly with Sales to design activation plans that reach the right accounts, deliver the right messages, and convert engagement into revenue. You’ll collaborate with the central Events team for executional support, but your focus is on strategy, targeting, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
Design and lead field activation strategy for Mid-Market (IES), aligning in-market programs to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
Translate GTM plays into regional action, integrating owned, partner, and industry events into broader demand and account strategies.
Partner with Sales leaders to identify target accounts, design field engagement plans, and drive disciplined follow-up that converts participation into opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, ABM, and Digital teams to ensure consistent value propositions and multi-channel amplification of key moments.
Own accountability for commercial outcomes—measuring success through sourced and influenced pipeline, not event activity.
Surface insights and recommendations from field performance to inform future campaign design, sales plays, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing, ideally within high-growth or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of the Mid-Market sales cycle and how marketing programs can accelerate deal progression.
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through field and event activations.
Exceptional partnership skills—trusted by Sales as a strategic thought partner and collaborator.
Analytical thinker who uses data to prioritize, measure, and continuously improve performance.
Skilled at orchestrating across teams to connect brand, content, and demand motions into cohesive go-to-market activations.
How You’ll Lead
You’ll be the sales-aligned field strategist—the partner Sales calls when they want to build pipeline in a region or segment.
You’ll ensure every in-market activation ladder ups to business objectives and can be traced to pipeline results.
You’ll elevate the role of field marketing—shifting it from event planning to revenue creation.
