Come join the AI Foundation Product Management Team at Intuit as a Principal Product Manager for our Agentic AI App Development. AI Foundation is part of the Product Development Acceleration (PDX) organization at Intuit. We empower developers, including data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers, across Intuit to build, train, deploy AI models, and innovate with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies. Our goal is to deliver high-impact, AI-native product experiences that delight our customers and transform the industry.
We are looking for a highly technical product manager to shape the future of Agentic App Development, more specifically, the end to end development experience for agentic apps connecting with 3P applications. You will play a crucial role in driving the vision of Agentic AI development paved roads for our development teams, ensuring the optimal balance of velocity, quality, and end to end development experience. You will drive the vision of agents and tools interaction with both internal and external agents, tools, and MCP servers. You will work with organizations across Intuit to understand use cases, developer persona, and partner with a broad set of platform capability teams to deliver novel and transformative product experiences.
Responsibilities
Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objective, key results and success metrics for Agent AI App Development Platform.
Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI builders and Business Unit stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions and further democratize AI development across the company.
Follow and assess industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the AI Platform where appropriate.
Qualifications
12+ years of product management or equivalent experience (e.g. Data/AI Scientist Manager, Engineer Manager) for technical platform products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Extensive experience on end to end web and mobile application development lifecycle, including UI, API, CI/CD, Observability, supporting diverse applications and developers.
High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
Proven track record of working effectively across a large cohort of internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, science, product management, design, senior executives, industry partners and vendors. Demonstrate exceptional leadership in inspiring and influencing beyond your immediate organization.
Experience leading and raising the bar of product management teams.
Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.
