Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer II (SE2) to join our team in driving forward cutting-edge solutions within the MXP (Monetisation Experimentation and Personalisation) portfolio. As an SE2, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, implementing configurations, and ensuring system performance and accuracy with Revenue Recognition and Billing Systems. You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful capabilities, take ownership of critical product development processes, and champion customer experience and business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Implementation/Setups/Configurations in Revstream with Billing System and prototypes or proofs of concepts

  • Deeply understand the needs of our customers as you gather customer requirements for the MSE(Monetisation Services and Experience) portfolio.

  • Keep improving the performance of the Revenue Recognition to meet our SLAs

  • Ensure the Variance of billing system, GL and Revenue Recognition Tool are under control

  • Participate product development and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact capabilities and experiences quickly while ensuring smooth product and feature launches.

  • Gather, document, validate requirements, and translate requirements into system designs followed by testing the developed functionality followed by test planning

  • Effectively manage dependencies, priorities and plans across teams to enable consistent product delivery aligned towards common goals.

  • Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress and success.


Qualifications

  • Around 3 Years of Experience and extensive knowledge in Revenue Recognition with good knowledge on Billing, and Finance

  • Hands on Revstream in recognizing the Revenue will be a Plus

  • Understanding on in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell-Script, creating interfaces through Standard APIs

  • Familiar with Workflow, Reports, Oracle Application, GL

  • Familiar with Integration of Billing system, GL and Revrec is a plus

  • Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria

  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies, presentation of technical demos.
