As the Principal University Recruiter, you will serve as the strategic lead for Intuit’s University & Emerging Talent ecosystem. You will move beyond lifecycle management to define the multi-year global roadmap for campus engagement, diversity pipelines, and early-career talent branding. You will act as a primary consultant to India’s leadership across Tech and Non-Tech business units, aligning hiring goals with long-term workforce planning and business transformation.
Your role is to pioneer high-impact recruitment models, establishing strategic alliances with premier global universities and diversity partners to build sustainable, world-class talent pipelines. You will lead the evolution of our assessment and selection frameworks in partnership with global Program owners, ensuring they are data-driven, equitable, and scalable. As a visionary for the candidate experience, you will oversee the orchestration of complex, high-volume hiring initiatives while mentoring the broader TA team to elevate their craft. Your leadership will be essential in driving systemic improvements to Intuit’s global university relations & emerging talent strategy, ensuring we remain an employer of choice for the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
Strategic Architect: Define and lead the long-term, multi-year university recruiting strategy, aligning talent acquisition goals with Intuit’s global business objectives.
Systemic Problem Solver: Identify and solve complex, systemic organizational barriers by leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that transcend business units.
High-Level Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using deep talent intelligence and external benchmarks to influence workforce planning and organizational design.
Ecosystem Innovation: Pioneer new, automated, and scalable recruiting technologies and processes that set the industry standard for candidate experience and operational excellence.
Change Visionary: Lead end-to-end change management for major TA transformations, identifying global interdependencies and mitigating enterprise-level risks.
Talent Multiplier: Raise the bar for the entire recruiting craft by developing training programs, mentoring senior and staff recruiters, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Branding: Direct the evolution of Intuit’s campus brand strategy globally, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline that meets future business needs.
Qualifications
12+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a significant focus on leading large-scale university or early-career programs in a global technical environment.
Mastery of the Talent Domain: Recognized as an industry expert in campus recruiting, diversity sourcing, and talent market trends.
Proven Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing organization-wide recruiting strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Expert Influencer: Exceptional ability to consult and partner with executive-level leadership to drive talent outcomes.
Data & Tech Visionary: Advanced ability to leverage complex data sets and emerging technologies (AI/Automation) to transform talent acquisition processes.
Exceptional Change Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational changes and navigating complex, matrixed environments.
Mentor & Coach: Deep experience in coaching and developing high-performing recruiting teams and building organizational capability.
SaaS Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and the unique talent challenges of high-growth technology firms.
