Job Overview
Intuit is seeking a Data Analytics Co-op to join our Sales Analytics & AI team for Summer 2026. This role blends advanced data science, modern machine learning, and large language model (LLM) innovation to help transform how Intuit supports, predicts, and empowers our global sales organization.
You will work on high-impact analytic and AI initiatives that enhance sales performance forecasting, customer engagement and seller productivity insights, and automated decision intelligence. Inspired by Intuit’s culture of innovation, you will collaborate with data scientists, analysts and Sales Leaders to build intelligent systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and prepare large, multi-source datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for sales analytics and machine learning workflows.
Leverage large language models (LLMs) to uncover business performance insights, including identifying trends, summarizing key findings, and generating data-driven recommendations for sales leadership.
Automate manual reporting workflows by building scripts, pipelines, and tools—including the Google Docs API—to generate, update, and append sales reports at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytic requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
Present insights, prototype results, and automation improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and experience with prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, or embeddings-based systems.
Strong analytical skills; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or Spark.
Familiarity with Google Drive API
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and applying them to real business problems.
Eligibility Requirements
Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program and a graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
Available for a 4- month co-op work term from, May - August 2026, for 40 hours per week
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
