Job Overview
Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) AI team as a Principal Product Manager. Our mission is to power prosperity for small/mid-sized businesses, self-employed, and accountants by building cohesive agentic AI experiences—wherever and however they work.
In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will define and prioritize the most impactful new AI skills to deliver customer benefit in a shared agentic AI experience. You will lead the strategy for how these skills are defined, governed, and integrated into the QuickBooks product ecosystem. You will directly partner with your cross-functional peers and teams across the business to deliver the most impactful done for you AI experiences.
Responsibilities
Experience Management: Oversee the integration of new AI skills and tools, maintaining a high quality, and declaring a clear separation of purpose to prevent redundant or conflicting agentic behaviors.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with product management, design, and technical leadership to align the AI skill roadmap directly with the broader product ecosystem.
Cross-Intuit Leadership: Lead initiatives across all of Intuit to ensure high-priority skills and tools are built and integrated consistently by teams across the entire organization. Provide regular feedback and build data backed principles through rapid testing.
Organizational Acceleration: Accelerate ideation across teams by creating and evangelizing data-backed principles that set a clear vision for what "great" looks like. Provide regular feedback and coaching.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Directly partner with data scientists, developers, and designers to experiment with and launch emerging AI technologies that serve small and mid-market businesses.
Execution & Velocity: Move with extreme velocity to deliver prototypes and iterations that fuel learning, while managing dependencies and reporting progress to senior leadership.
Set KPIs for driving customer delight that powers business outcomes, manage dependencies, escalate barriers to execution, and report research finding and progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
Product Veteran: 8+ years of product management experience with a proven history of rapid innovation and business growth. You have specific expertise in building AI-native workflows leveraging generative AI, and ideally, the small business or mid-market space.
AI Orchestration Expertise: Specific expertise in building AI-native workflows, with a deep understanding of agentic orchestration, skill-tool mapping, and generative AI.
Technical Literacy: Ability to work deeply with product development leaders on system architecture.
System Thinker: Deep expertise in building durable capability strategies; you don't just build features, you build systems that scale.
Innovation Driver: A proven track record of delivering 0 to 1 experiences from the ground up, with a high "win rate" for experiments in emerging spaces.
Strategic Influencer: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to align C-level stakeholders and technical teams around a shared vision for AI governance.
Customer Obsessed: A deep empathy for small business, mid market, and accountant entrepreneurs combined with a rigorous, data-driven analytical aptitude.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in data science, computer science, math or statistics, or a related discipline preferred; other degrees or equivalent professional experience will be considered.
