Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Staff Marketing Recruiter to join our team as a key leader and talent advisor. In this role, you will be a primary architect in building a world-class, data-driven marketing organization designed to support Intuit’s biggest strategic bets. We think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close the industry’s best recruiters and marketing professionals to help the company reach its most ambitious product and growth goals.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a lead advisor to Marketing stakeholders to deeply understand their business strategies and talent needs for today and the future.
  • Talent Partnerships: Build trusted advisor relationships with marketing leadership, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and specialized interviewing for data-driven roles.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Develop and execute end-to-end proactive sourcing strategies across multiple marketing disciplines and domains to attract top-tier competitors.
  • Pipeline Building: Build deep pools of elite talent for the Marketing organization, specifically targeting those capable of driving Intuit's biggest bets.
  • Offer Management: Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; expertly negotiate and close high-demand marketing candidates.
  • Experience Design: Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Operational Leadership: Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects and process improvements.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey to build a representative and innovative workforce.
  • Mentorship: Collaborate across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for other recruiters.
  • Agility: Maintain a growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as the marketing landscape evolves.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment, with specific experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations.
  • Leadership Consulting: Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of marketing openings.
  • Flexibility: Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time in a fast-moving environment.
  • Inclusive Hiring: Proven success in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools.
  • Adaptability: Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed.
  • Best Practices: Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on modern hiring best practices.
  • Corporate Services: Experience in guiding managers on the use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration.
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
