As the Staff University Recruiter, you will manage the full university & emerging talent recruiting lifecycle, including running events, building a diverse candidate pool, enhancing the Intuit brand, and managing all candidate engagement. You will partner across India's Tech and non-tech business units to achieve intern, co-op, new grad, and Emerging Talent hiring goals. Responsibilities include full-lifecycle execution of campus recruitment, developing strategic university relationships to build talent pipelines, creating on-campus activities, participating in diversity outreach, managing interview schedules, consulting on final selections, and extending offers. You will also support hiring managers and provide feedback/measurement reporting. A passion for university & Emerging Talent recruiting and a strong ability to multi-task are essential for supporting the organization's overall university relations strategy.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic talent partner and SME, leveraging data and talent intelligence to influence leadership decisions.
Drive the creation of scalable, automated recruiting solutions to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Strengthen relationships and lead branding at targeted universities, organizations, and conferences.
Develop detailed recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for intern, co-op, and full-time hires.
Collaborate with key partners and early talent-hiring managers to drive recruiting strategies and results.
Identify and remove organizational barriers by leading cross-functional workstreams, proactively identifying interdependencies, and providing risk-mitigation recommendations that drive long-term talent strategy.
Proactively seek out and overcome roadblocks by influencing business leaders to make informed talent decisions and owning the outcome for the business unit
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team in ATS and related talent tools, leveraging internal and external benchmarks to generate actionable insights that drive measurable change
Define and lead key workstreams in end-to-end change plans, identifying interdependencies, and providing recommendations to remove risks.
Continually improve or create scalable, standardized recruiting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders across TA and People & Places.
Qualifications
8+ years' full-cycle technical recruitment success, focusing on university and early-career emerging talent.
Expert in all campus recruiting components: diverse sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessment, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence.
Deep knowledge of the external technical talent market, trends, and competitors.
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing competing demands with adaptability.
Exceptional organizational, time, and process management skills.
Strong written and oral communication for effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
Demonstrated initiative and passion for enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Experience in consulting and partnering effectively with all levels of leadership.
Technologically astute; expert in leveraging tools to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene.
Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching junior recruiters or team members to up-level team performance and craft skills
Understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm is a strong plus.
