With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Intuit’s Talent Acquisition team is made up of the best recruiters & sourcers in our industry, and we thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. We are deeply focused on identifying, assessing, hiring, and mobilizing talent so that Intuit wins and our employees can do the best work of their lives. As members of the People & Places organization, we are stewards of Intuit's greatest strategic asset: our people.

We are excited to bring on a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on hiring across Intuit’s Technology Ecosystem. In this highly strategic and impactful role, you will lead a team of talented recruiters responsible for delivering world-class technical talent across Product Development, Engineering, Data & AI, Design, Security, Platform, and other critical innovation domains.

You will create and execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy to enable Intuit’s Bold 2030 ambitions, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical builders who drive innovation at scale. You will partner closely with senior Technology and Data leaders to anticipate long-term talent needs, shape workforce strategy, and build future-forward pipelines in competitive and emerging skill areas such as AI/ML, platform engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategic & Data-Driven Talent Acquisition

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior Technology and Data leaders, developing and executing forward-looking talent strategies aligned with Intuit’s strategic direction and Bold 2030 Goals.
• Leverage deep labor market intelligence and competitive insights to influence hiring plans, org design decisions, and long-term workforce strategy.
• Generate and synthesize data-driven insights across funnel metrics, talent supply/demand trends, and time-to-productivity to influence executive decision-making.
• Diagnose root-cause issues in complex, multi-level technical hiring funnels and build targeted interventions to address bottlenecks and risks.
• Design scalable hiring solutions for niche, high-demand technical skill sets, including early-career, university, and experienced pipelines.
• Maximize impact through effective use of tools and technologies, including sourcing, assessment innovation, and automation to improve quality and speed. Champion an AI-first mindset within the team.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters, fostering a culture of shared ownership, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Elevate recruiting capability in technical assessment, executive presence, business acumen, and consultative partnership.
• Build a strong “Builder” mindset within the team — encouraging experimentation, innovation, and scalable problem-solving.
• Create an inclusive and high-trust environment that attracts technical talent and continuously raises the hiring bar through structured, research-backed assessment practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership

• Operate as One Integrated TA Team: Collaborate closely with peer TA leaders (GTM, G&A, Expert Network), HR Business Partners, Finance, Workforce Planning, and Talent Intelligence to ensure seamless delivery across the enterprise.
• Partner with Engineering and Data leaders to translate evolving business strategy into proactive hiring roadmaps.
• Lead and energize cross-functional initiatives such as hiring process redesign, interviewer capability building, workforce planning cycles, and employer brand initiatives in technical communities.
• Drive change at scale — translating strategy into clear action plans and ensuring agile execution in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team (5–10+ recruiters) in a fast-paced, high-growth technology organization.
• Demonstrated experience hiring across technical domains such as Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Security, or Cloud/Platform roles.
• Strong data fluency and analytical capability with a track record of diagnosing complex hiring challenges and implementing scalable, measurable solutions.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior Engineering and Data executives.
• Preferred: Experience building hiring strategies for emerging skill sets (e.g., AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, platform modernization, cybersecurity).
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across peer TA leaders, business leaders, HR partners, and external partners.
• Experience supporting global and distributed technical teams.
