We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will lead and support a team that works on large scale data problems, unifies customer data (from multiple channels) into a single comprehensive customer view to enable segmentation and personalized marketing campaigns at scale, and delivered as a set of platform capabilities. You will be responsible for building and supporting agentic experiences with the unified customer data from CDP. You will mentor and grow individual contributors as well as managers and collaborate with cross-functional team members such as product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own and drive the engineering outcomes for CDP and Segmentation capabilities.
Obsess about operational excellence to deliver highly available, resilient and scalable data platforms.
You will be in the details and prepare data-driven development-plans, lead the team and remove barriers in order to meet our commitments on time and with quality

Collaborate with cross-functional squad leads to prioritize work, ensure the team has appropriate skills and size to accomplish goals, and ensure any roadblocks are removed from the team’s path.
Qualifications
You have a passion for creating great data products, delivering results, and developing engineers and managers.
You have 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products. Including 2+ years of experience of leading managers of engineering teams.
You have 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
You have worked with cloud data warehouses and are very familiar with large scale data ingestion, modeling and query optimization in such warehouses.
You have experience building agentic experiences and, more so, building the appropriate data framework to support building agents at scale.
It’s a plus if you have worked on segmentation and audience construction in the marketing/advertising space.
You collaborate consistently with the product and design teams.
Proven experience in growing people.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: New York - $235,500 - $318,500
