We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to support the Intuit brand via a passion for creative strategy and integrated planning and execution. The candidate should be a creative innovator and strategic communications business partner. The candidate should have a proven track record of developing and delivering strategic creative assets for integrated brand campaigns in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing
Steer the strategy and development of creative to drive key brand metrics of Intuit brand, in partnership with owned, earned, corporate responsibility, sponsorships, social, corporate affairs and internal communication teams
Drive impactful results through campaign planning working in strategic partnership with creative and integrated teams including developing creative workback plans and integrated reviews
Drive creative task briefs for initiatives and channel assets aligned with topline strategy and creative brief/concepts
Participate in creative reviews of channel assets; providing insight and feedback to what makes creative drive impact and is on creative brief
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
4+ years marketing experience, including supporting creative strategy and development across multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
Experience of T-shaped leadership and strong collaboration with teams to achieve joint business goals
Proven ability to support creative development, working with in-house and external creative agencies with fixed budgets
Experience in evaluating channel creative; knowledgeable in what makes creative relevant and fit for platform, success in optimizing creative for channels
Experience managing budgets, a plus if they’ve been multi-million dollar budgets
A passion for creative work across all channels: Linear, Social, Audio, OOH, activations
