We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-obsessed Account Executive to join our ProSeries to ProConnect (PTO) Migrations Team. This full-time role is focused on proactively and reactively migrating ProSeries (PS) and Lacerte (LC) firms to ProConnect Tax Online (PTO).

This individual will play a critical role in expanding the ProConnect customer base by driving platform adoption, managing inbound interest, and executing high-touch migration experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity sales environment, deeply understands Intuit’s tax ecosystem, and is passionate about helping firms modernize their workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against a defined revenue target within a ProSeries-focused, multi-service firm territory.

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts (60–70 calls daily) to drive migration to ProConnect.

  • Convert inbound “hand raisers” currently using ProSeries or Lacerte who are exploring a move to ProConnect.

  • Manage an inbound queue of PS and LC firms interested in PTO migration conversations.

Migration & Platform Growth

  • Proactively migrate multi-service ProSeries firms to ProConnect to support long-term platform growth and IAS readiness.

  • If firms are not ready to migrate to PTO, retain them within ProSeries and upsell into Hosting and additional attach opportunities.

  • Position and price ProConnect appropriately based on firm size, needs, and service model.

Product & Process Expertise

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge across Intuit tax products (ProSeries, Lacerte, ProConnect).

  • Understand the operational motion for:

    • Creating new CANs

    • Syncing Realm IDs between ProConnect and QBOA

    • Supporting seamless data migration processes

  • Guide customers through migration with clarity, urgency, and strong follow-through.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a high level of customer obsession throughout the entire sales and migration lifecycle.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring firms feel confident transitioning platforms.

  • Reduce friction and proactively resolve issues during migration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.

  • Comfortable operating in a high outbound activity environment (60–70 calls per day).

  • Strong understanding of Intuit’s tax ecosystem (ProSeries, Lacerte, ProConnect preferred).

  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based platforms.

  • Ability to manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead flow.

  • Strong pricing acumen and consultative selling skills.

  • High level of operational rigor and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional customer-first mindset.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding migration revenue targets.

  • Increasing ProConnect adoption among multi-service ProSeries firms.

  • Retaining at-risk firms by effectively positioning hosting and attach solutions.

  • Delivering seamless migration experiences with strong NPS impact.

  • Contributing to long-term platform growth in support of IAS readiness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-activity outbound environment

  • Comfortable executing 60–70 outbound calls daily while managing inbound opportunities

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover needs, position value, and confidently navigate pricing conversations

  • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses or professional services firms preferred

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles that involve change management and process transitions

  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail throughout implementation or transition processes

  • Highly customer-focused with the ability to build trust and guide customers through platform or workflow changes

  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
