This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of our executives while translating Intuit’s vision into compelling narratives that resonate both internally and externally. This role requires expertise in creating engaging content across social platforms, professional business acumen, and a knack for storytelling that captivates diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of communication experience and a deep understanding of social media strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify, uncover, and tell impactful stories that showcase Intuit’s innovation, culture, customers, and AI industry leadership across various communication formats and initiatives.
Craft compelling, creative, and authentic content for social channels, ensuring alignment with the executive’s personal brand and company objectives.
Write social copy, talking points, internal emails and slacks, etc. tailored to internal and external audiences.
Collaborate closely with leadership, PR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
Work with social media teams to implement strategies that scale executive presence and drive engagement, including project managing a social video series.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance to ensure messages are effectively reaching and resonating with the target audience.
Provide insights and recommendations on emerging trends and communication tools to elevate storytelling and engagement opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a communicator with a minimum of 10 years in business communication, public relations, or a similar field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to adapt tone and voice for diverse audiences, including executives.
Deep social media expertise in creating social-first content and managing content strategies to engage external and internal audiences effectively.
Advanced use of AI tools to scale and optimize the creation of content for leaders

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Southern California $148,500-201,000
Bay Area California $ 158,000-214,000
