Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Come join the Business Platform Product Development (BPPD) TPM team as a Staff Technical Program Manager focused on accelerating growth and retention across the QuickBooks platform. Our team connects strategy to execution, bringing clarity to complex initiatives, establishing strong operating rhythms, and helping cross-functional teams move with speed and accountability.

Our vision is for QuickBooks to be the connected, end-to-end platform that small and mid-market businesses rely on every day to run and grow their business. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that directly impact customer retention and ecosystem growth. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Operations leaders to translate strategy into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for a strong technical program manager who thrives in an environment where experimentation, rapid learning, and data-driven iteration are the norm while bringing the structure and rigor needed to scale what works and deliver meaningful business results.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more complex, cross-organizational technical programs within the QuickBooks growth and retention portfolio

Translate business and platform strategy into clear program goals, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics

Drive cross-functional execution across multiple scrum teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, roles, dependencies, and outcomes

Establish and run strong operating rhythms (planning, reviews, status updates) that provide transparency into progress, risks, and tradeoffs

Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, driving data-informed decisions to keep programs on track

Influence prioritization and tradeoff discussions across Product and Engineering leaders to ensure teams focus on the highest-impact work

Partner deeply with engineering leaders, demonstrating strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and platform architectures

Define and implement repeatable frameworks and processes that improve delivery speed, quality, and scalability across programs

Lead through change by building trusted relationships, aligning stakeholders, and driving clear, actionable communication at all levels

Leverage AI tools and data insights to streamline program operations and improve execution velocity

Qualifications

10+ years of Program Management experience, including leading complex, multi-team technical programs in high-growth or evolving product environments

Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives from experimentation through scaled execution, delivering measurable business impact

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., start-ups or rapidly scaling organizations), with demonstrated ability to move quickly, experiment, and build scalable operating mechanisms

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and experience partnering closely with engineering teams in fast-moving product environments

Experience coordinating across multiple teams in a matrixed organization, driving clarity, alignment, and predictable execution

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, risks, tradeoffs, and business impact to both technical and executive audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide prioritization and decision-making

Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, visibility, and delivery outcomes
