  • Develop and scale self serve integration frameworks and AI powered feedback loops that transform usage data into actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement and system optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across product, engineering, and platform organizations to embed AI assisted workflows, streamline integration processes, and ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Leverage AI technologies to automate knowledge management, generate integration documentation, and improve discovery of APIs, code, and related assets across Intuit platforms.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of integration initiatives, using data driven insights to guide prioritization, product decisions, and roadmap development.

  • Demonstrate customer empathy and product leadership by advocating for developer and partner needs, fostering innovation, and advancing Intuit’s AI enabled platform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with deep understanding of AI technologies, system interoperability, and integration architecture.

  • Proven success leading cross functional initiatives that enhance connectivity, streamline workflows, and improve developer efficiency at scale.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data driven decision making, using metrics, analytics, and feedback loops to prioritize features and measure business impact.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and explain complex concepts with clarity and confidence.

  • Strong customer focus with a passion for building intuitive, intelligent, and high performing platform experiences.
