About the Team
The Mid-Market Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. We are responsible for defining positioning and messaging, shaping go-to-market strategy, enabling the sales organization, and ensuring our solutions resonate with finance leaders and decision-makers at mid-market companies.
This team plays a critical role in scaling a strategic growth offering within Intuit and translating product innovation into clear customer value.
The Role
As a Product Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement initiatives for Quickbooks Advanced and Intuit Enterprise Suite. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Customer Success to help bring new capabilities to market and strengthen our positioning in the mid-market segment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy, storytelling, research, and analysis — and who is curious about how enterprise SaaS products are positioned and launched.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Support: Assist in planning and executing go-to-market initiatives for new features, enhancements, and strategic releases.
Positioning & Messaging: Support development of value propositions, messaging frameworks, and differentiated positioning tailored to mid-market finance leaders.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive research and help maintain battlecards, win/loss insights, and market landscape analyses.
Sales Enablement: Contribute to the creation and refinement of enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and product narratives.
Customer & Market Insights: Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform messaging and product strategy.
Performance & Impact Tracking: Support tracking of launch metrics, adoption signals, and sales feedback to help assess go-to-market effectiveness
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
Interest in Product & Strategy: Curiosity about SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or B2B go-to-market strategy.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable synthesizing data and research into clear insights and recommendations.
Storytelling Ability: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Ownership & Initiative: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Bonus: Prior internship experience in product marketing, consulting, strategy, SaaS, or familiarity with financial management software, a plus.
