Job Overview
Business Acceleration Team focuses on accelerating Intuit’s existing businesses and products by developing POC’s, v1’s, and capabilities that prove out how latest technology can be applied to our products leading to measurable ROI.
If you’re passionate about thriving in the ambiguity of a v1 environment and have a bias toward action, we would love to have you join the Business Acceleration team in Technology as a Staff Technical Program Manager, supporting our Native AI acceleration initiatives. Your goal is to drive technical program management that accelerates our current product strategies and application of latest technologies with measurable business/customer ROI (in 6-12 months). As a Staff TPM, you will partner with existing Business Unit (BU) teams to accelerate their current business and product strategies by leveraging cutting-edge technology. Your focus will be on a select number of projects prioritized in collaboration with our CTO.
Responsibilities
Drive innovative development teams to build AI native zero to one capabilities and experiences
Contribute as a technical builder by using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., vibe coding) to develop rapid POCs and early-stage concepts
Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes
Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
Define product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes
Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling velocity in product & operational excellence
Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes
Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy
Actively seek out and bring outside-in learnings to the team
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success
Develop a close working relationship with the program stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers
Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the program progress, risks, and issues
Level up best practices in AI first methodologies to the TPM community
Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree.
Strong Program Management experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
Proven experience driving organizational change
Experience in working directly on programs leading with AI, and Generative AI tools and technologies.
Strategic, creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.
Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs.
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action.
Ability to galvanize teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes.
