We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

As part of Intuit’s People & Places organization, we are stewards of our greatest strategic asset: our people. Our Talent Acquisition team is made up of world-class talent advisors and operators who thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. We are deeply focused on identifying, assessing, hiring, and mobilizing talent so that Intuit wins — and our employees can do the best work of their lives.

In this role, you will manage a high-performing team of recruiters responsible for delivering our Intern, Co-op, and Full-Time Early Career hiring across the U.S. and Canada within our Tech Ecosystem — including Engineering, Product Management, Design, AI and other innovation-critical domains.

This role is responsible for the operational leadership and delivery of large-scale, cyclical early career programs, including a 150+ U.S. Summer Intern program, ~50 Canadian Co-op hires across multiple cohorts, and strategic Full-Time Early Career hiring. You will partner closely with senior leaders (Directors, VPs), Finance, HR Business Partners, BizOps, and our Emerging Talent Programs team to align hiring plans to future business needs and deliver exceptional results at scale.

If you are energized by leading teams, driving operational excellence, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-volume technical hiring with precision and insight — this role is for you.

  • Use data insights to influence hiring manager behavior, interviewer calibration, and overall hiring outcome

Partner Across Programs and the Business
