Intuit
Senior Staff Product Manager - Digital Transformation
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Build the future of how people get financial help.
Over 100 million Credit Karma members trust us with some of the most important decisions of their financial lives. When they need help, we have an opportunity to do something remarkable: meet them with intelligence, context, and care — not friction.
That's what this role is about.
We're looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager who will define and drive the next generation of Credit Karma's Member Success experience — transforming how members get support, how our global expert workforce operates, and how AI turns every interaction into a smarter, more personalized moment. You'll be building within Intuit's Consumer Platform ecosystem, which means your work creates leverage across Credit Karma, TurboTax, and beyond.
If you're a product leader who thrives at the intersection of big vision and hands-on execution — and who gets energized by rallying complex organizations around what's next — this is your role.
Why this role, why now
The opportunity to unify the support and success experience across Credit Karma and TurboTax — to build the infrastructure that helps 50+ million people make smarter financial decisions with less friction — is genuinely rare. This isn't a role where you maintain what exists. It's a role where you define what comes next.
We want someone who's ready to own that.
Responsibilities
What you'll own
You'll lead the transformation of the Credit Karma Member Success ecosystem, shaping the experiences and capabilities that define how members and experts interact across the full Consumer Platform. This is high-visibility, high-impact work — spanning engineering, design, data, operations, and executive stakeholders — where your ability to influence without authority is just as important as your product instincts.
In this role, you will:
- Define and drive the member experience vision — build toward a true 360° view of the member, ensuring seamless, intelligent transitions across Credit Karma and TurboTax touchpoints. You won't just improve what exists; you'll set the standard for what great looks like.
- Lead with AI conviction — move the ecosystem from reactive support to proactive, AI-powered guidance. Design smarter routing, anticipate member friction before it surfaces, and ensure human expertise remains well-placed in an increasingly AI-driven flow.
- Turn data into a competitive advantage — own the strategy for how CK support data gets captured, structured, and operationalized. You'll build the systems that make insights actionable in real time — not dashboards people glance at, but intelligence that drives decisions.
- Transform the expert experience — reimagine how hundreds of global CK experts do their work. Give them unified tooling, complete customer context, and the operational infrastructure to deliver consistently excellent support at scale.
- Be the change people actually follow — this work requires shifting mindsets, workflows, and culture across a global workforce. You'll build trust, address resistance directly, and create the conditions for people to embrace what's next — with empathy and without flinching.
- Align a complex stakeholder map — work horizontally across Credit Karma, TurboTax, and platform teams to lock in shared goals, resolve competing priorities, and ensure this program has the executive support and resourcing it needs to succeed long-term.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior product management experience at scale, with a track record of building and transforming complex, cross-functional ecosystems — not just shipping features, but changing how organizations operate.
- A product mindset that scales — you build durable capabilities and systems. You can hold a multi-year vision while delivering MVPs that create immediate value and keep teams moving.
- Deep cross-functional influence — you know how to earn trust, navigate competing priorities, and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations without leaning on title or hierarchy. You bring people along, not just along for the ride.
- AI fluency — you're actively experimenting with AI in your practice, you go beyond buzzwords in that you've prototyped or shipped AI-powered experiences, and you can help your teams distinguish genuine leverage from hype.
- Data depth — you're comfortable at the schema and event level, not just the dashboard level. You've partnered with data engineering to define what gets captured, how it's structured, and how it drives high-stakes decisions.
- Change leadership as a core skill — you've navigated large-scale operational and cultural shifts, managed real resistance, and helped a workforce embrace something they didn't ask for. You do this with directness and empathy, not just a communications plan.
- Fintech or high-growth consumer platform experience — you've worked where financial complexity, regulatory nuance, and member trust all intersect. Credit Health, Money, Fraud Operations, or similar domains are a strong plus.
- An energizing presence and mentor — you make the work more meaningful, the team sharper, and the outcomes better. You mentor, you model, and you create space for people to do their best thinking.
