Group Product Manager — Digital Help
Intuit
Group Product Manager — Digital Help
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
We serve over 100 million consumers across TurboTax, Credit Karma, and a growing suite of financial products — and we're building the future of how those experiences come together. You'll sit within the Consumer Group business unit, with a tight connection into Intuit's broader Customer Success ecosystem — a function laser-focused on making sure every customer has what they need to succeed, at every step of their journey.
Customer Success at Intuit isn't a support function — it's a strategic pillar. It's about proactively enabling confidence, removing friction, and ensuring customers never feel lost or left behind. As a GPM in this space, you'll be at the center of that mission, connecting the dots between the Consumer Group's products and the broader Intuit Customer Success organization to drive impact that scales.
We're looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager to join us at this pivotal moment. This is a role for leaders who are energized by the question "how do we address our customer's needs?" — and who has the skills, confidence, and customer obsession to answer it.
Your specific focus area will evolve as the organization takes shape. What won't change is the mission: ensuring that no customer across TurboTax or Credit Karma ever walks away confused, stuck, or lacking confidence — at a scale that touches tens of millions of people.
If you've been waiting for a role where you can shape the organization as much as the product, this is it.
Responsibilities
- Help define the future operating model. As a new member of this leadership team, you'll contribute directly to how the Consumer Group and Intuit Customer Success organize for AI-powered, platform-scale product help — not just execute within it.
- Bridge Consumer Group and Customer Success. You'll operate at the intersection of two powerful organizations — translating the needs of TurboTax and Credit Karma customers into capabilities and experiences that the broader Intuit Customer Success ecosystem can enable and scale. You'll be a connector, an advocate, and a force for coherence across both.
- Own a high-impact domain. As the team takes shape, you'll lead a meaningful area of the consumer platform — one that touches real customers and drives outcomes across TurboTax, Credit Karma, or the broader consumer ecosystem.
- Lead and grow a team. You'll build and mentor a team, creating a culture of customer empathy, data-driven decision making, and high execution velocity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business leaders — and you'll know how to move fast in a matrixed environment without losing people along the way.
- Transform alongside the AI frontier. You'll bring a strong, informed perspective on how GenAI and emerging technologies can transform consumer experiences — and you'll lead your team to turn that perspective into shipped experiences and capabilities.
- Set and own the bar. You'll define what success looks like, track it relentlessly, and use data to influence decisions at every level of the organization.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- You're an experienced product leader who's done the work — shipping products at scale, leading teams through complexity, and delivering outcomes that actually moved the needle for customers. But more than your track record, it's your orientation that makes you right for this:
- You're energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. You know how to create structure and clarity where none exists, and you bring others along with you.
- You think in platforms, not features. You naturally look for the underlying capability that unlocks value across multiple products or customer segments, not just the next release.
- You're obsessively customer-focused. You seek out real customer pain, stay close to it, and have a track record of turning that empathy into product decisions that matter.
- You're a cross-functional force multiplier. You build trust and influence without authority — across engineering, design, data, and leadership — and you make every team you work with better.
- You're a genuine AI enthusiast. You follow what's happening in AI with real curiosity, have opinions about how it applies to consumer experiences, and have ideally shipped something in this space.
- You lead people, not just products. You invest in the growth of your team as much as the quality of your roadmap, and it shows in the leaders you've developed.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated success navigating complex, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience building consumer-facing digital products at scale
- Comfort operating in evolving organizational structures — you've built in greenfield environments before
- Familiarity with AI/ML and a genuine interest in where the technology is headed
- Strong analytical instincts — you use data to shape strategy, not just report on it
- Fintech, consumer software, or other high-stakes consumer experience backgrounds a plus
