Overview
Customers tell us often that they know how to run their business, but struggle with accounting and how to track and understand their financials. Our team exists to solve this problem, being the source of truth for all existing and potential customers to answer these critical questions, find the right product and help them get the most out of the QuickBooks ecosystem for their business.
Today, our QuickBooks Learn & Support site is the destination for nearly 40M people who use our product knowledge content 60M times every year.
To help lead the next chapter we are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead experimentation at scale to create velocity of platform growth and commercialization through customer focused experimentation that will deliver dynamic tailored experiences for our customers and grow the business.
Responsibilities
Turn assumptions into data through creation and rigorous execution of detailed test plans that will bring clarity and direction to roadmaps with intention
Leverage data and AI/ML to create clear customer journeys and personas that inform and drive dynamic experiences tailored to them
Deliver data backed plans, recommendations and strategic opportunities to senior end executive leaders across Intuit
Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices
Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action
Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development
Qualifications
8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role with a proven track record developing and deploying customer backed experiments at scale
Operates with high agency with bias towards action as a driver
Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
Technical Product Management experience working with engineering. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills
Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $196,500 - $266,000
Southern California: $179,000 - $242,500
