Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

At Intuit, we’re redefining how millions of consumers and small businesses make financial decisions.

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to join our CTO organization and lead the creation of next-generation AI-first experiences and services across our ecosystem, including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, QuickBooks Payments, Mailchimp and Intuit Enterprise Suite.

In this zero-to-one role, you’ll turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into entirely new customer experiences — driving product strategy and execution across multiple teams and shaping how AI transforms financial technology at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for AI-first experiences across multiple teams and product areas
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and translate AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, automation) into intuitive, scalable customer solutions
  • Lead end-to-end product development—from concept through launch—across cross-functional teams
  • Partner with engineering, design, and research to build zero-to-one capabilities that scale across multiple products and use cases
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous problems and convert them into clear strategy, priorities, and execution plans across teams
  • Use data and experimentation to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve outcomes
  • Drive alignment and influence stakeholders to deliver cohesive, ecosystem-level customer experiences

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience building customer-facing software
  • Experience working on AI/ML-powered products
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product areas
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner deeply with engineering on complex systems
  • Strong product judgment with a track record of shipping impactful products at scale
  • Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into shipped, high-quality experiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence across stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
