Job Overview

Executive Producer, Studio and Broadcast

To predict the future, we must create it—and at Intuit, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

The CEO Transformation Office is a newly formed, high-impact organization reporting directly to the CEO. Its mission is to mobilize the company around what matters most, shape the market, and accelerate Intuit’s transformation into the world’s leading global financial platform and system of intelligence.

This team sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, creativity, and execution. We bring together communications, creative, narrative development, and flagship events and experiences under one unified organization to ensure Intuit shows up with clarity, consistency, and conviction—internally and externally. From customers and prospects to media and investors, we shape how Intuit’s vision comes to life in the world.

At the heart of our work is a bold future: surrounding customers with a virtual team of AI agents and human intelligence that does the work for them and powers their prosperity. To deliver on that promise, we operate with a high say/do ratio, a bias for action, and an uncompromising focus on impact. We don’t just tell the story—we help drive the outcomes.

Joining the CEO Transformation Office means working on the company’s most visible, mission-critical initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the business, and helping define how Intuit’s strategy is experienced by the world. This is a team for builders, storytellers, and operators who want to shape the future—not react to it.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Producer to lead the creative vision, production standards, and operational strategy of our corporate media studio.

As the Executive Producer, you are the ultimate arbiter of quality for our studio’s output. You will be responsible for the "look and feel" of the brand’s visual identity—from the cinematic lighting to the technical direction of a live CNBC broadcast. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and a strategic bridge between our Communications, Creative, and Technical Engineering teams. You are the person who ensures our well-oiled machine doesn't just run—it inspires.

Qualifications

Creative Vision & Production Excellence

  • Own the visual aesthetic of the studio. You must have a sophisticated eye for cinematic lighting, frame composition, and set design. You don't just "oversee" the look; you define it.

  • Serve as the lead Director for high-stakes shoots. You possess the executive presence to coach C-suite leaders, helping them refine their on-camera delivery and maintaining a calm, commanding set environment.

  • While you direct crews, you are a "player-coach." You should have the technical expertise to set a lighting plot, select the right cinema glass for a specific mood, and sit in the seat as Technical Director for live broadcasts.

  • Set the standard for post-production, ensuring that color grading, sound design, and motion graphics align with a premium, broadcast-quality brand.

Executive Partnership & Communication

  • Act as the primary consultant for Corporate Communications, translating their narrative goals into high-impact visual stories.

  • Eliminate silos by serving as the connective tissue between the Technical Engineering team who own technical delivery and the Creative/Comms teams who own the message.

  • Manage the zero-failure environment required for external-facing broadcasts (CNBC, Bloomberg, Earnings), ensuring our executives are supported by world-class production.

Operational Leadership & Scale

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the studio—from creative intake and resource allocation to final delivery.

  • Architect "always-on" self-service models and podcast workflows that allow the broader organization to create content without compromising the premium brand standards you’ve established.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in high-end production (Live Broadcast, Agency, or premium Corporate Studio) with a reel that demonstrates exceptional lighting and composition.

  • Deep fluency in professional cinema camera systems (Sony, ARRI, Blackmagic), DMX lighting boards, and live switchers (Ross, TriCaster).

  • Proven experience directing and advising CEO-level talent in high-pressure environments. You are unflappable under the "red light."

  • You have the rare ability to build a production budget and an SOP in the morning, and direct a four-camera live hit in the afternoon.

  • The ability to explain technical constraints in a way that empowers creative partners, and creative needs in a way that respects engineering realities.
