The CEO Transformation Office is a newly formed, high-impact organization reporting directly to the CEO. Its mission is to mobilize the company around what matters most, shape the market, and accelerate Intuit’s transformation into the world’s leading global financial platform and system of intelligence.

We are looking for a craft-obsessed Senior Designer to translate our company narrative into world-class visual expressions. In this role, you will be an engine for the graphic identity of our brand story, ensuring our mission and innovations are communicated through sophisticated, cohesive design. You will bring to life narratives that galvanize our employees and position Intuit externally as a leader in the era of AI.

Joining the CEO Transformation Office means working on the company’s most visible, mission-critical initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the business, and helping define how Intuit’s strategy is experienced by the world. This is a team for builders, storytellers, and operators who want to shape the future—not react to it.

You will bring to life narratives that galvanize our employees and position Intuit externally as a leader in the era of AI.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Storytelling: Develop high-end graphic expressions that translate complex business strategies into compelling visual narratives for internal and external audiences.

  • System Evolution: Help evolve and scale Intuit's brand identity into a dynamic and ownable visual system that brings our personality to life across static touchpoints.

  • Strategic Alignment: Create connective tissue between the Intuit brand and our cornerstone brands (Mailchimp, QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma) through unified graphic standards.

  • Creative Partnership: Act as a strategic conceptual partner to other creative leads across copy, video, motion design, providing the graphic depth and quality needed for award-winning work.

Craft & Leadership

  • Quality & Taste: Maintain and model an exceptionally high bar for design craft, typography, and layout.

  • Strategic Pitching: Present design concepts and the strategic rationale behind them to senior leadership.

  • Operational Agility: Partner with operations to ensure your creative work is delivered at speed and scale without sacrificing excellence.

  • Trend Awareness: Track industry design trends and best practices to keep Intuit’s visual language modern and innovative.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–10 years of design experience within a high-growth brand team or a top-tier creative agency.

  • Taste: You know what great looks like and apply deep expertise in branding, layout, typography, and the creation of comprehensive design systems.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to articulate a strategic design approach.

  • Collaboration: A positive, kind team player who is optimistic and able to overcome obstacles through creative problem-solving.

  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $ 157,500- 213,000

Southern California $ 128,000- 173,000
