At Intuit, we are executing a "Big Bet" to disrupt the Mid-Market SaaS and FinTech landscape. We aren't just looking for account managers; we are looking for hunters—strategic, high-energy sellers who thrive on outbound activity, pipeline generation, and closing complex deals. You will join one of our fastest-growing business units, tasked with displacing legacy ERPs and financial systems with the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem.
The Role: Hunter & Consultant
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving new growth within a designated territory of Mid-Market companies (annual revenue of $10M+). You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from self-sourced prospecting and aggressive outbound hunting to conducting C-Level discovery and closing complex SaaS platform solutions.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Proactive Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume daily outbound activity (calls, email, social) to identify and engage decision-makers at target Mid-Market accounts.
Consultative Solution Selling: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and architect a custom solution stack from the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem.
C-Suite Influence: Masterfully deliver ROI-based presentations to C-Level executives, demonstrating how Intuit eliminates "drudgery" and puts more money in their pockets.
Complex Deal Navigation: Manage a robust sales funnel, navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and negotiating rates and terms for platform-wide deployments.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "quarterback" for your deals, leveraging Sales Engineers, Solution Specialists, and Marketing to close high-value opportunities with scale and efficiency.
Precision Forecasting: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, providing accurate activity tracking and revenue forecasting.
Qualifications
Who You Are (Qualifications)
The Hunter Mindset:5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or MarTech sales. You have a proven track record of self-generating a majority of your own pipeline.
Mid-Market Expert: Experience selling platform solutions to customers $10M+ in revenue, ideally displacing ERP or complex financial management software.
Sales Craft: Mastery of modern sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler) and a high EQ/IQ for navigating complex business politics.
Metrics-Driven: You are disciplined, resilient, and highly motivated by high-activity environments where success is measured by outbound targets, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Mobility: Ability to work in a high-velocity environment, limited travel required to meet key prospects.

Outbound Excellence: Consistent achievement of self-sourced pipeline generation and outbound activity targets.
Revenue Growth: Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets through new business acquisition, upgrades, and upsells.
