Senior Staff Product Manager, Credit Karma App Platform
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Credit Karma operates at a rare scale — 100 million members across finance, insurance, and tax experiences. This is a new, high-visibility role in the Platform PM team to lead the platform layer that powers all of CK's customer experiences. You'll own the front-end technology foundation — design systems, server-side components, and mobile-first capabilities — that multiple product teams across verticals depend on. You'll unify paths giving the entire org a durable, shared platform instead of one-off solutions. It's a chance to build the infrastructure layer that enables CK's next generation of experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Platform Vision: Understand how various businesses within Credit Karma work, identify opportunities to make them better, and envision building/leverage Intuit Platform capabilities to power those experiences.
Platform strategy: Define and own the roadmap for CK App Platform capabilities — design systems, server-side tech (Fabric and beyond), and shared front-end infrastructure used across all verticals.
Cross-org alignment: Partner with architecture, PD, design, and vertical product teams to build a platform roadmap that serves the whole org — short and long term — without sacrificing speed for any one team.
Execution at scale: Drive roadmap execution from MVP to significant scale — balancing mobile-first experience quality, platform reliability, and the speed demands of a 100M-member consumer product.
Qualifications
Mobile-first platform experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with meaningful time building mobile platforms at scale. CK is mobile-first — you understand the distinct constraints and opportunities of native mobile experiences, not just web.
Front-end technical fluency: You've worked closely enough with front-end engineers and architects that you can hold a substantive conversation about design systems, component libraries, and server-side rendering tradeoffs. You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand it.
Platform product mindset: You think in horizontal capabilities and durable systems, not vertical features. You know how to build a platform strategy that serves many customer-facing teams without becoming a bottleneck for any of them.
Scaled consumer product background: Experience at a large-scale SaaS, consumer finance, fintech, or banking company — somewhere with an app used by tens of millions of users. You've lived the operational reality of platform reliability at scale.
Vision-to-execution track record: You've turned bold multi-year platform visions into executable MVPs that delivered immediate value. You can hold the long arc and the near-term sprint at the same time.
