  • Strategically oversee the Marketing AI Lighthouse pilot portfolio, partnering with cross-functional leadership to architect, validate, and transition high-impact AI pilots into enterprise-scale marketing capabilities.

  • Integrate AI tools and platforms with the core marketing tech stack to orchestrate high-concurrency workflows that drive measurable lift in customer acquisition and operational velocity

  • Partner with marketing technology, product, engineering and data science teams to operationalize customer segmentation models, first‑party data strategies, and AI‑driven personalization at scale across the customer experience.

  • Build automated reporting pipelines that quantify the impact of Marketing Futures pilots: tracking adoption, time‑to‑launch, and performance against baselines.

  • Develop and maintain internal automation playbooks and toolkits that enable channel teams to self‑serve proven AI workflows.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Futures to identify high‑impact automation use cases and transition proven solutions to partner teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data‑driven growth marketing, with at least 3 years building AI‑powered automation workflows.

  • Proven track record of architecting and deploying production-grade automation infrastructure on GCP/AWS/Azure that scales AI workflows across global marketing organizations.

  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, customer segmentation, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Gen Studio, Adobe Analytics, Customer Data platforms).

  • Hands‑on experience integrating AI tools into marketing tech stacks; comfort working with APIs, ADKs/SDKs, and platform AI capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar for data analysis and automation scripting; experience with no‑code/low‑code platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is required.

  • Experience building dashboards and attribution models; strong understanding of marketing measurement, incrementality testing, and performance metrics.

  • Track record of working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, data scientists, and marketing channel owners.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.
