Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key program risks; develop and drive mitigation and contingency plans proactively
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure their tracking, escalation, and resolution
- Facilitate structured trade-off discussions and drive timely decisions when competing priorities arise, using data and objective judgment to guide outcomes
- Identify correction actions early and escalate to appropriate levels to prevent program delay or quality degradation
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment
- Develop and maintain multi-level communication plans that provide top-down, end-to-end visibility into program status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare and deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations to senior Finance and Technology leadership
- Foster shared understanding of program objectives, scope, and success criteria across diverse and geographically distributed stakeholder groups
- Conduct regular program reviews, cross-functional team meetings, and operating forums to drive alignment and resolve issues
Process and Capability Development
- Lead business process analysis and redesign in partnership with FP&A subject matter experts, translating process improvements into scalable system and data solutions
- Ensure finance transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, standardization, cycle time, and decision support quality
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of program management operating mechanisms, templates, and best practices within Finance
- Partner with Systems Integrators and third-party vendors as needed to deliver complex implementations
