Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to drive Consumer Group AI capabilities. This role is critical to enabling highly personalized agent-ready experiences across our Consumer platform including TurboTax and Credit Karma.


Responsibilities

  • Drive horizontal AI platform capabilities to power multi-surface agentic experiences across the Consumer platform.

  • Own and manage a cross-platform agentic & modern API architecture including decomposing elements of TurboTax and Credit Karma capabilities.

  • Understand how various verticals within the Consumer Platform work, identify opportunities to make them better, and build/leverage AI, data, and machine learning solutions to do so

  • Utilize deep knowledge of both real-time data platforms and offline data systems.

  • Manage core data concepts including data transformations, data lineage, and data catalogues.

  • Go deep into the data using hands-on tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

  • Influence and partner effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams to align roadmaps and drive execution.


Qualifications

  • Platform PM with 10+ years of deep understanding of real-time, API driven platforms and data systems

  • Execution of core concepts such as monolith decomposition, agent-to-agent protocols, MCP-driven architectures

  • Ability to go deep into the data by using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code.

  • Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams/roadmaps.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $243,000 - 328,500
