The role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Collections Specialist to join our dynamic collections team. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships, handling reminder calls and managing customer account balances whilst ensuring all processes are followed.
This role is achieved by providing exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls and correspondence/emails to ensure the health of each loan account.

Responsibilities

Here’s an example of your day to day:

-Manage reminder calls and customer account contacts using a fast-paced dialler system
-Manage other correspondence with customers who are paying late
-Provide exceptional customer service regarding repayment issues, processes, account adjustments, discrepancies and short payments
-Reconcile customer disputes
-Establish payment plans for customers who may need them
-Identify customers who may be experiencing financial hardship
-Maintain detailed and accurate records for interactions, contact details, collections work and all other activity, related to the management of customer
