The role
Join us as a Social Media Content Leader and become the driving force behind our company's digital footprint. As a visionary in the realm of online presence, you'll craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences and propel our brand to new heights in the dynamic landscape of the Mexican market. The responsibilities
- As a member of the Marketing team, your role will encompass the strategic and operational management of our content across all digital channels.
- Creation and execution of Social Media Campaigns.
- Generation and Reporting: Utilize your in-depth understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audience preferences and current trends to generate insights and reports. These insights will inform our content strategy and help us better connect with our target audience.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. Your goal is to contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Sales Opportunity Management Effectiveness (SOME).
- Content Strategy Review and Analysis: Review, analyze, and propose new content strategies for all stages of the sales funnel. This involves understanding where our audience is in their journey and tailoring content accordingly to guide them towards conversion.
- Target-Messaging Matrix Development: Create a matrix for target messaging based on the user's status and the channel being used. This ensures that our messaging is relevant and impactful, leading to higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Posting Schedule Optimization: Develop an optimal posting schedule for our content, taking into account factors such as web traffic patterns and customer engagement metrics. This will help maximize the reach and impact of our content across different digital channels.
- Benchmarking and Platform Monitoring: Keep track of performance metrics on all digital platforms, including social media and our website. Benchmark our performance against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay Updated with Social Platform Changes: Stay abreast of changes and updates across all social platforms to ensure that our strategies remain effective and compliant with platform guidelines. Adapt our approach as needed to maintain maximum effectiveness.
- Innovative Customer Attraction Strategies: Suggest new and innovative ways to attract prospective customers, such as running promotions or competitions. Continuously explore opportunities to expand our reach and grow our customer base.
- Website Content Updates: Take responsibility for updating and maintaining the content on the Creditea website, ensuring that it remains accurate, relevant, and engaging for visitors.
- Social Media Listening: Analyze audience sentiment to reveal insights and trends shaping our brand. Empower stakeholders like Performance team with actionable recommendations for strategic decisions that drive engagement.
- Performance alignment: Collaborate closely with the paid performance team to provide texts, images, and content that fuel and optimize the performance of our campaigns, taking into account seasonal trends and user drivers.
- Brand ambassador: A thorough understanding of the brand and our social media channels to create valuable content that has a real impact on our platforms. Responsible for the creation and execution of content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Social Media Influencers and YouTube from start to finish, considering all stakeholders for its performance and alignment.

Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential.
- Good knowledge of marketing technology tools Business Manager META, Tik Tok, Hootsuite, MaxTraffic, CMS.
- Creative ideas.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Commercially driven and customer centric.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- Strong project management skills - being able to manage multiple projects at the same time effectively and deliver within deadlines.
Knowledge & Experience
- Digital marketing, social media, Content creation.
- Funnel content optimization.
- Marketing communications.
- Customer and user experience.
- A/B testing.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, including exposure to various digital areas such as web page, social media, blog.
- Experience in creation of content for multiple channels, such as web page, social media.
- Strong proficiency in using data to make proposals for new content.
- Experience working together with creative teams, analysts, and other departments to integrate advertising initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable results, such as increased conversion amounts, conversion rate improvements, website traffic, and improved ROI.
- Experience in identifying challenges and proactively implementing solutions to ensure campaign success.

- Qualifications
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing role (preferably agency experience and experience in financial services, Fintech, E-commerce).
- Creative content experience, redaction, and grammar.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English (essential).
