In a nutshell

Working as part of the Change Management IT team, you are responsible for change and project management excellence by ensuring that key artifacts and actions related to these areas are delivered, managed, and measured in line with IPF Digital and Group standards. You ensure effective management and support of change and project activities within IPF Digital.

Your daily tasks:

• Support the Change Management team and Product Owners to ensure effective change, projects, and programmes management
• Support Product Owners in coordination and organization of cross-team changes delivery, ensuring transparent delivery and that all needed arifacts and communication are in place
• Act as a project management subject matter expert and share project management tools and good practices with teams to promote and execute IPF Digital project management standards
• Prepare IT teams metrics and reports and distribute them to Head of Change Management and IT Director or other relevant stakeholders
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts for audit and regulatory purposes
• Continuously explore and experiment with possibilities leading to improving team's performance through application of Data and AI

Skills

• Fluent in verbal and written business English
• Team player with solid multi-tasking
• Ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• Highly self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Organised and methodical
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office), particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint experience
  

Knowledge

• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Understanding of agile and project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools

Experience

• Experience within a project management team environment
• Project support, coordination, management
• Project management information preparation (including presentations, analysis, and reports)
• International experience

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualified
• Certification in project management (nice to have)

Other

• Ability to prioritize a varied workload and manage frequent interruptions
• Interest in AI and new technologies
• Desire to develop in the project management field
