Your daily responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations.
Provide clear explanations to the development team, ensuring product backlog items are well-prepared for upcoming sprints.
Verify that business changes align with the company strategy and deliver the right value.
Engage with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and updates.
Help model processes and adjust existing solutions when needed.
Collect both functional and non-functional requirements and offer recommendations for improvements.
Support in planning and estimating change requests, ensuring timelines are met.
Regularly seek feedback to refine and assess implemented solutions.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams, ensuring a smooth workflow across different countries.
Identifying opportunities for the business analysis process and performance improvement.

If all of the above gets you excited, then please consider the following requirements before you apply:

Min. 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst for IT projects,
Speaking fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Experience in the analysis in an Agile world, a dynamic and changing environment,
Using techniques such as user stories, decomposition, use cases and scenarios, and others typical for business analysis,
Strong analytical skills, ability to discover requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative business approaches,
Competencies related to communication skills, problem-solving and visual thinking,
A highly disciplined, proactive, and delivery-focused person who can work independently,
UML/BPMN modeling knowledge used in practice,
Experience with Atlassian tools: JIRA and Confluence and also a background in computer science or financial/banking area will be an advantage.
