Our Finance team plays a crucial role in safeguarding and optimising IPF Digital’s international cash management operations. We ensure secure, efficient, and compliant banking processes that keep the business running smoothly across multiple markets. Working closely with local Finance, Treasury, Controlling, Compliance, and IT, we maintain accuracy, transparency, and control in every transaction.

As a Treasury Specialist, you’ll support daily operations and process improvements while becoming a trusted right hand to the Banking Manager — helping to keep our financial systems secure, agile, and future-ready.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

• Banking Operations: Support daily cash management — payment runs, reconciliations, and cash positioning across multiple markets.
• Liquidity & Treasury Support: Coordinate FX transactions, intercompany funding, and facility drawdowns to ensure optimal liquidity management.
• Reconciliation & Accounting: Prepare accounting adjustments and ensure accurate general ledger postings related to banking activities.
• Access & Controls: Manage user rights, banking access, and approval structures, enforcing the four-eye principle and mitigating operational risks.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on cash flows, banking costs, and facility usage for decision-making and forecasting.
• Projects & Process Improvements: Drive or support automation, system migrations, and new products implementations.

Skills that will help you thrive in this role

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with intercompany funding flows, FX transactions, and liquidity management.
• Experience with corporate online banking platforms and user access management.
• Fluent in Polish and English, with the ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements.
• Awareness of IFRS principles and financial reporting frameworks.
• Previous experience with process automation or banking system integrations.
