About the job
At IPF Digital, we are on a journey to become a skills-based organisation — one where what you can do, how you think, and how you grow matters more than a perfect checklist. If you’re excited about CRM, automation, and creating meaningful customer journeys, we want to hear from you — even if you don’t tick every single box yet.
As a CRM Expert, you will be part of the IPF Digital Hub CRM Team, responsible for planning, executing and analysing multi-channel CRM campaigns across six IPF Digital markets. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, technology and data, helping our markets reach their targets while continuously improving customer experience and efficiency.
This role can be based in Warsaw and operates in a truly international setup.
About the team
The Hub CRM Team partners closely with local market teams, Product, IT and Marketing to design and deliver high-quality, automated omnichannel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We focus on scale, automation, learning, and continuous improvement — always with customer experience and business impact in mind.
If you enjoy combining technical skills, analytical thinking and creativity, and want to influence CRM maturity across multiple markets, this role offers plenty of room to grow.
How you’ll put your skills into action
Campaign execution & automation: Design, build, test and implement automated, omnichannel CRM campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Partner with local business teams to support monthly targets and campaign delivery. Translate business needs into effective, scalable CRM solutions.
Technical & data expertise: Use advanced SQL to support campaign logic, data segmentation and performance analysis. Apply HTML knowledge to email creation and optimisation. Ensure strong email deliverability and technical best practices.
Continuous improvement & learning: Capture insights and learnings from ongoing campaign delivery to refine processes and ways of working. Proactively suggest improvements to increase conversion, improve CX or reduce costs. Develop and propose new AUTO CRM campaigns that increase coverage and reduce ad-hoc workload.
Collaboration & enablement: Act as a trusted CRM partner for markets, answering questions about platform capabilities and solutions. Deliver Marketing Cloud training for new users. Communicate clearly with IT, management and business stakeholders on status, issues and solutions. Be an engaged team player who supports others and contributes to a positive, high-performance culture.

Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you may be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV. In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
