SEO Specialist (f/m/d)

About Team

Operational Excellence for the Digital Marketing team occurs through the accomplishment of marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, as well as through networking and building the key external network to ensure that IPFD is aware of all external developments around technology, practices, thinking and techniques linked to customer payment behaviour patterns.

As SEO Specialist, you’ll lead SEO and ASO strategies to boost IPF Digital’s organic visibility, improve rankings, and drive quality traffic. You’ll manage complex projects, collaborate with product, content, tech, analytics, and marketing teams, and mentor junior team members. Your insights will shape our digital strategy, ensuring best practices and keeping us ahead of industry trends across all markets. A key part of your role will also be identifying and integrating AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance SEO efficiency, personalization, and performance at scale.

This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

  • Strategic SEO & ASO expertise: You’ll design and execute scalable SEO and ASO strategies across IPF Digital markets, improving visibility, rankings, and organic growth across web and app ecosystems.

  • Project & delivery management: You’ll lead complex initiatives such as site migrations, keyword optimisation programmes, and app store updates, ensuring quality delivery and minimal performance risk.

  • Data-driven analysis: You’ll use tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

  • AI & innovation mindset: You’ll explore and apply AI-driven tools to optimise SEO workflows, enhance content creation, and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Insightful communication: You’ll translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll partner with product, content, tech, and marketing teams to embed SEO and ASO best practices into planning, development, and execution.

  • Adaptability & optimisation: You’ll monitor search and app store algorithm changes, proactively adjusting strategies to protect and improve performance.

  • Growth experimentation: You’ll conduct audits, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing to identify and validate growth opportunities continuously.

  • Content optimisation: You’ll support content planning and execution, ensuring alignment with SEO and ASO objectives across channels.

  • Leadership & capability building: You’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to developing strong internal SEO and ASO expertise.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

  • Proven SEO & ASO experience: You bring 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (ideally within agency or international environments) and at least 2 years of ASO experience, enabling you to operate confidently across complex, multi-market setups.

  • Strong educational foundation: You hold a degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, with SEO certifications adding further strength to your profile.

  • Deep technical expertise: You have a strong understanding of SEO and ASO strategies, algorithms, and ranking factors, and are comfortable working across both web and app ecosystems.

  • Tool proficiency: You confidently use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower to analyse performance, diagnose issues, and guide optimisation strategies.

  • Technical SEO capabilities: You’re skilled in structured data, Core Web Vitals, technical audits, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or AEM, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and international SEO best practices.

  • Analytical & reporting strength: You excel at data analysis and performance reporting using Looker Studio, Excel, and dashboards, and can translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborative mindset: You have experience working in Agile environments, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, and applying strong project management skills to drive delivery.

  • Leadership & mentoring: You’re comfortable supporting and mentoring others, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.

  • Language proficiency: You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and have strong business-level English communication skills.
