As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product & Innovation team. This role plays a key part in supporting the development and smooth operation of our credit and payment products across IPF Digital markets.

You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure our products remain compliant, well-documented, operationally efficient, and aligned with our global strategy. What You’ll Do

You will be part of the Product Operations function for digital lending and payment services products, supporting product governance, documentation, and operational processes across IPF Digital markets.

As a trusted member of the Product & Innovation team, you will help ensure that our products operate smoothly, meet regulatory requirements, and continuously improve to deliver better outcomes for our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage product documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

• Support the operational management with payment products, including transaction handling, issue resolution, and process continuity.

• Act as the point of contact for external regulatory reporting related to payment services.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements and product changes.

• Monitor product performance and operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

• Support product development and improvement initiatives by contributing operational insights and assisting with risk assessments and product governance activities.

• Assist with regulatory reporting and external communication related to payment services and product compliance.

• Participate in internal audits, reviews, and investigations by providing documentation, analysis, and operational support when required.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Fluent in Estonian and English.

• Experience working in financial services, fintech, banking, or digital product environments.

• Understanding of credit and/or payment products and their operational processes.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial services and payment operations is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify improvements and drive operational efficiency.
