As part of our journey, we’re looking for a Legal Operations Manager — a strategic and hands-on professional who will drive the transformation of our Legal & Compliance function through technology, automation, and process excellence.
What You’ll Do
You will own and lead legal operations across the business — designing and implementing digital tools, optimising workflows, and enabling Legal and Compliance teams to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
Acting as a key partner to Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders, you will bring structure, innovation, and data-driven thinking to improve processes, reduce risk, and support faster, smarter decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage legal operations initiatives, including implementation of legal technology, automation solutions, and process improvements across the Legal & Compliance function.
Design and optimise end-to-end legal workflows, ensuring processes are standardised, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Drive automation and digitalisation of legal processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency and control.
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, projects, and regulatory requirements.
Own governance processes for Management and Supervisory Boards, including meeting coordination, documentation, approvals, and decision tracking.
Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management systems to ensure transparency and ease of navigation across legal processes.
Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in legal operations, process optimisation, or similar roles within a corporate, legal, or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of legal processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Experience leading projects end-to-end, including implementation of systems or process changes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to improve processes and introduce innovation.
