About Team

• You’ll join the Cloud Solutions team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure across IPF Digital.

• We collaborate closely with architects, DevOps, and engineering teams globally, enabling high-performance platforms that support our fintech products and customers.

This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

• Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Design and implement scalable, secure AWS environments that support a high-volume, global financial services platform, ensuring resilience and performance at scale.

• Systems Integration and IaC: Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), enabling consistency, repeatability, and faster delivery across environments.

• Network Engineering: Apply deep expertise in IP and secure networking to design robust, compliant, and high-performing cloud network architectures.

• DevOps Enablement: Support development teams by enabling CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring seamless integration between applications and cloud infrastructure.

• IT Operations and Reliability: Ensure high availability through monitoring, alerting, backup strategies, and cross-region replication, while leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Security and Compliance: Embed security best practices across all cloud environments, managing identity and access, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and organisational standards.

• Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
  

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud environments built using Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.

• Strong background in networking (IP, VLANs, routing, IPsec) and solid understanding of Linux systems and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).

• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments, with the ability to mentor others and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
